ZBA #2006-05 Application of Steven King for property located at 190 Depot Street, for a variance of Section 18, Residential Bulk and Area Requirements (front yard setback) to allow the removal of existing house and rebuilding of new house on existing foundation, located 20’ from a public right-of-way, and addition of attached 2-car garage to be located 29’ from a public right-of-way, where 50’ is the minimum requirement.
